center for children with autism.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting clients with mental health needs by providing strategic services that identify and address the social-emotional-environmental issues that interfere with the treatment process. Working with parents/guardians, center staff, and community based resources, the social worker implements strategies that promote client’s positive center adjustment.
Qualifications and skills include, but are not limited to:

Masters Degree in Social Work required.

Must be licensed in good standing with the State of Ohio

Identifies and assesses psychosocial and life skills needs through analysis of factors

Exemplary attendance

Demonstrated clinical knowledge of many children with autism at different areas of the ASD spectrum

Must be able to show tact and diplomacy when dealing with parents, clients, peers and staff
